The School of Engineering Promotional Posters by TDS Students
The School of Engineering was in need of a poster to promote their postgraduate programme (with research grants). The Advertising Principles and Practice module students (BGCD), semester two, year one were approached to take on the task. Students formed three groups and attempted to provide effective solutions.The work was completed in 6 hours; ideation, visual exploration, photography and digitisation. There were four options provided (1 group decided to provide two options). The School of Engineering eventually selected one of the four options, and paid RM800/- for the work done. The monies were distributed 60% to the winner, and 20%+20% consolation to the remaining two groups.
