LIM LYI CYIA

Lyi Cyia - Before starting her journey as an interior architecture student, she was just a normal girl living happily in Pahang with her family. Like many young Pahang-nese who had ventured the world to realise their dreams, she had also decided to follow the flow and begin her university life at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus when she was 18 years old. Fortunately, she grew up with computers and drawing pads at home, which had helped her shape the career she wanted to challenge in the future ever since young. However, things didn’t turn out the way she hoped during her first-year of degree, as she kept doubting herself on her decision to come to Kuala Lumpur. At first, it happened because of her mispronunciation in some classes, then it was when she didn’t score as well as her classmates. She thought pursuing a career in design would be easy and straightforward, just filled with drawing and the use of imagination, but what she didn’t know was that it also required strong communication skills and other knowledge that she didn’t have a single clue about.
