The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Graphic Communication Design delivers 120 /121 credits units with 12 units for Industrial Training. The emphasis is on developing strong design skills informed by the understanding of the context of the design brief with focus on the needs of the end-user. Students will explore a wide range of Graphic Communication Design applications and have the freedom to choose an area of speciality in the final year of the programme. An understanding of the impact of cultural dimensions and aesthetic sensitivities on design practice is a key feature of the programme. The duration for completion of studies is 3 years.
